The views were excellent from the 22nd floor and we loved getting to see the city.

Modern but not overwhelming. Awesome customer service . The breakfast I purchased was the best food ever. We went early at 7:00am. The egg frittata was so good. It melted in my mouth. Best breakfast I have had in a long time. Everything was fresh and delicious.

Real fast was excellent. We had three different servers during our stay and all were attentive l, friendly and professional

The room was great, it had a big window that had like a panoramic view. The bathtub was awesome & we liked that there was a separate shower.

The staff was very welcoming and the breakfast buffet was AMAZING!

The service here was excellent, rooms were clean, beds comfortable, and probably the most luxurious hotel bathrooms in GR. Highly recommend the JW!

The staff was very nice and welcoming as we checked in. The bartender in the bar area was very personable as well.
